Writing your first post as a
blogger is an extremely difficult(read daunting)task.Its how you introduce
yourself to the world.It determines how you will be perceived by your fellow
bloggers- as an absolute air-head,a deep thinker or somewhere in between.I fall
in the third category.While my thoughts aren't exactly gold(they're far from it
usually:P) I would like to believe that they make for a interesting read.And
hopefully you will feel the same too*fingers crossed*.
Our generation likes to declare every single thought that
comes to them to the world. If we had a penny for every thought, more over for
every though that we shared on Facebook, Twitter or elsewhere, we would be
millionaires by now. I kid you not. And the humble hash-tag has only added to
this tsunami of thoughts. The people who earlier refrained from posting
pictures online now do so only so that they can hash-tag every word possible in
the description of the aforementioned picture.

While it may seem like a waste of time and very vain to our
elders, I see posting and hash-tagging as a sign of the fact that our
oh-so-cynical generation has finally started seeing the extraordinary in the
other wise ordinary and maybe mundane things of life. Or maybe I’m just a
hopeless optimistic :P
It is true that the information overload can get a bit too much at times but I’d rather live in a world where people over-share as opposed to one where they don't share at all, don’t you agree?
